2. No Guarantees

Growth is personal. You are responsible for doing your part, showing up fully, and engaging in the process. While many men experience powerful shifts through this work, no specific outcomes are guaranteed. You understand that results depend on your own effort, readiness, and commitment.

3. Retreat Participation

Retreats often include physical activity, outdoor environments, group processes, and emotionally vulnerable work. By signing up for a retreat, you agree that: You are participating voluntarily. You are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You will follow safety instructions and respect group guidelines. You acknowledge that physical activities carry inherent risks. You agree that Lighthouse Empowerment, LLC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal choices made during or after a retreat. Anyone whose behavior compromises the safety or integrity of the group may be asked to leave without refund.

4. Coaching Sessions, Payments & Cancellations

When booking coaching or mentorship:

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

You may reschedule with reasonable advance notice.

Refunds, if applicable, will follow the policy shared during enrollment. Respect for time and commitment goes both ways.

5. Personal Responsibility

By engaging in coaching or retreats, you acknowledge that:

All materials created or shared — including course content, retreat exercises, videos, frameworks, and written materials — belong to Lighthouse Empowerment, LLC. You may use them for your personal development only.

7. Behavior & Respect

This work only functions when men show up with integrity.
You agree to: Be respectful of others. Maintain confidentiality within group spaces Refrain from harmful, aggressive, or disruptive behavior. Show up honestly and engage with the process. Violation of these standards may result in removal from a program without refund.

8. Website Use

When using this website, you agree not to: Use it for any unlawful purpose. Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the sit. Harvest or misuse other users’ information. Simple respect extends to the digital space as well.
