All purchases — including books and coaching programs — are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please make your purchase with intention.
2. Digital Books
Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive access to download your book.
- Digital products are non-refundable once delivered
- Please make sure your device can open the file format provided
- We recommend downloading and saving your copy for future access
3. Physical Books — Shipping & Delivery
- Please double-check your shipping details at checkout
- We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at purchase
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier
4. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your book arrives damaged or doesn't make it to you, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at jasonbonfante@icloud.com. We'll take a look and do our best to make it right.
5. Coaching Programs
All coaching program purchases are final. There are no refunds for coaching sessions, packages, or programs once payment has been received. We ask that you commit fully to the work before enrolling.
