Your Coaching Experience

This work is about returning to your center, strengthening your presence, aligning with your truth, and embodying your own version of empowered masculinity in a real, grounded way. You'll be supported, challenged, and guided as you move through what's been holding you back.

Coaching Agreement

This agreement is designed to create a clear, grounded, and supportive container for your growth.

This Agreement is Made Between

Coach: Jason Bonfante with Lighthouse Empowerment
Coaching Sessions: 7 over the course of 3 months

Term & Fees

This agreement begins upon acceptance and continues for a minimum term of 3 months. The fee for the initial consultation is $0. The fee for the initial 3 months is $400 per month, payable in advance each month. Upon completion of the initial 3 months, client may agree to renew on a month-to-month basis at the same rate. Either party may cancel ongoing services after the initial term by providing fourteen (14) days' written notice.

Services

Coaching sessions (in-person, phone, or virtual) addressing personal development, relationships, business, mindset, and overall life direction. Coaching is not advice, therapy, or counseling.

Payment & Scheduling

Payment is due in advance of each monthly period. Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed times. Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

The Coach understands that life happens, and occasional exceptions may be made. However, repeated late cancellations or missed sessions may result in forfeited sessions. This policy honors both the Client's commitment and the integrity of the coaching container.

Confidentiality

All information shared by the Client will be kept strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

Coaching Relationship

The Coach will engage in honest, direct, and supportive communication. Coaching is collaborative — results depend on Client's participation, commitment, and willingness to take action.

Responsibility

The Client is fully responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as well as their decisions and actions during and after the coaching relationship.

Declaration

I understand that I am working with Jason Bonfante with Lighthouse Empowerment for professional life coaching at the agreed-upon fee. I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this coaching agreement.
